Bobjo
June 18th, 2007 – The Corporation, along with its joint venture partner, Mainstream Minerals Corporation (TSX.V: MJO), reported they had just received more high-grade gold results and completed a major geophysical program on their joint venture Bobjo Mine, located in Earngey Township, Red Lake, Ontario. Recent sampling from mineralized quartz veins, stringers, shears, contact material between the veins and mafic volcanics returned more high-grade gold results. Highlights included 138.3 g/t Au, 67.9 g/t Au, 67.2 g/t Au, 53.0 g/t Au, 50.4 g/t Au, 36.5 g/t Au, 32.3 g/t Au, etc. The exploration program also consisted of 105.2 km’s of line-cutting followed by ground magnetic and VLF-EM surveys. The surveys were conducted by Dan Patrie Exploration Ltd. for the purposes of establishing areas of magnetic elevations, magnetic lows and VLF cross-overs that help define structures and conductors. The readings were taken along lines that were spaced at 25 and 100 metres apart and at 25 metre station intervals. The surveys produced high and low areas of magnetic levels and VLF cross-overs which is typical for many gold properties in the Red Lake camp. The surveys proved very successful in finding 2 parallel high magnetic anomalies 200 to 2000 nT above the background running parallel to the base line and also to the west side of the grid and running north-south along the entire length of the grid and open to the north and south. The samples were taken with the help and strict supervision of John Archibald, P.Geologist, Ron Rivet, King’s Bay Gold’s Exploration Coordinator and Gerald L. Colborne, B.Sc., M.Sc., P.Eng., P.Geol., F.G.A.C., M.C.I.M.. Mr. John Archibald is the Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101. All of the samples were analyzed by Accurassay Laboratories of Thunder Bay, Ontario, using the standard fire assay method.
The batch of surface grab samples results announced on June 18th, 2007 were as follows:
